Interesting story I found today. It’s from the news site Broadcasting & Cable talking about how news networks seek out dangerous news stories on purpose…and how Afghanistan is now their cherished target. There’s an Anderson Cooper quote somewhere in there, but frankly the whole article is just interesting.

This site is truly much more than about Anderson Cooper, us or reading the news. It's about the millions of people in the world whose human rights are denied and violated on a daily basis. It's about justice being brought in whether that's here at home or anywhere else in the world.
Not recognizing the immense work that's been achieved by unbiased reporters such as Anderson Cooper who are sold out to awaken and inform people to what's really going on around the world is like ingoring the suffering of millions.
My little catchphrase invented on the fly: "Corruption doesn't need moderation but shutting up"
